We are a licensed Florida brokerage and a coordinating office. We do not practise law, accountancy or investment management, and we do not compete with those who do.
Attorneys and accountants
You receive written briefings. Every regulated question comes back to you. You keep the relationship; we keep the file current and the timetable honest.
Private bankers
Where a client is buying, timelines are agreed with you: proof of funds, the order in which documents are needed, and a closing date that holds.
Title agents and closing attorneys
Complete files, delivered early. Wire instructions confirmed by telephone on a known number, never by email alone. One named contact from contract to closing.
Brokers outside Florida
Your client is introduced to a licensed Florida brokerage and looked after as you would. Any referral arrangement between brokerages is agreed in writing and disclosed to the client.

Ownership is disclosed before you engage
Where we hold an interest in a service we recommend, the family and you are told in writing first.

We are not a law firm, accountancy practice or investment adviser, and we do not describe ourselves as one.
